All our subscription packages include full 7 day support.

We know that the hospitality industry isn’t a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm service, therefore we offer a fully comprehensive support service which can be tailored to your needs. As standard all of our systems are covered by a 7-days a week, 9.30am to 10.30pm telephone & online support service.

We offer 7-day support from 9.30am until 10.30pm via telephone and email to all our customers. We pride ourselves on our high standards, professionalism and efficiency.

Logging a support request

To log a support request, simply email support@hbmepos.co.uk and one of our team will address the situation as soon as possible. Please provide us with your name, company, telephone and a quick message describing your issue.

Remote support

We’ll sometimes ask to remotely connect to your till system and troubleshoot the issue ourselves. Below is a link to download and install the Remote Support App.
